We would like to introduce a case where 'Smart Attack' was implemented to promote paperless operations and reduce post-processing burdens. After completing tasks such as equipment inspections, reports were handwritten, scanned into PDFs, and emailed, which created a burden in post-processing. After implementing the service, data was entered directly into the app on-site and sent as a PDF. This reduced the workload and saved time on administrative tasks, making it easier to go directly to and from the site.
